  1. Make sure the lid is closing properly.
  1. Make sure the timer and all the controls are set properly.
  1. Make sure both water faucets are turned on.

 

Tech Tip

  1. Make sure you are following the proper loading procedures.  Use the proper amount of detergent and make sure the detergent is fresh (check expiration or “best if used by” Date).

  2. If you have a front loading machine you need to use High Effienct detergent. Otherwise you can develop mold issues within the machine.

  3. Never overload the machine.
